I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago.  My first introduction to photography was a pink Ninja Turtles film camera.  In my pursuit of making photography my career, it’s been pretty much cowabunga ever since.  I graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in Photography.   I learned a lot at school including interning for the Chicago Bears and working for an area commercial photographer.

I am currently Grainger’s Lead Creative Photographer and have been with Grainger for 5 years.  Over the course of my work at Grainger, I have developed a 360 spinning photography program, worked closely with Grainger’s social media and public relations teams, and produced photography assets for use across the marketing team.  Additionally I freelance under the brand ‘Whiplash Racing Media’ in honor of my dad’s love for Dudley Do-Right and an homage to all the work I do surrounding things with wheels and motors.  While working for a regular client, Analog Motorcycles, I have helped the company grow their social media presence, and contribute to their content marketing program in an on-going basis.

In addition to working for Grainger, and Analog Motorcycles, my photos have been published in the Wall Street Journal, Iron & Air Magazine, Cycleworld, Esquire, BikeExif.com, amongst others.  I have also photographed for Triumph America, Rebel Yell Bourbon, Whiskey Grade, and others.
